Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This enables us to address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
